MY cONSIGNMENT CLOSING OUTLINE

 Dear Valued Consignors,

We are writing to you today with heavy hearts. After 5+ wonderful years, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close My Home Consignment Store. 

The cost to operate a Consignment  store in this location is not sustainable and the cost to relocate is not feasible. Our last day of business will be Saturday, December 12, 2026.

This has not been an easy decision. My Consignment Store has been more than just a shop to us, it has been a labour of love and a true community and none of it would have been possible without you. Your beautiful pieces, your trust, and your support have been the lifeblood of this store.  We are deeply grateful for every item you brought in, every conversation we shared, and every bit of kindness you showed us along the way.

It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye, but we want to make sure your final payouts and unsold items are handled as smoothly and fairly as possible.

Please review the following so that we may get through this together in the best possible way.

Payout schedule:

• All consignment sales will be recorded through December 5th, 2026.

• Your final consignment balance will be calculated after that date.

• You may collect your final payout in person (cash amount is required to be under $100)  or by e‑transfer until 5 p.m. on Friday, December 11th, 2026.

We also wanted to remind you to check your account to see if you have store credit to spend in store before closing.

Final Payout Deadline:  

After 5 p.m. on Friday, December 11th 2026, any unclaimed consignment balances will be considered forfeited and will no longer be available for payment.

Inventory pickup schedule:

You are welcome to collect any unsold items from the store until December 5th, 2026, during regular business hours - 10AM - 5PM Monday - Saturday (please ensure you provide 24 hours notice of pick up so we can collect your items for you ahead of your arrival time).  Any items not collected by 5 PM on December 5th, 2026 will be donated, as per this notice.

Closing sale schedule:

Week of November 9th all items will be 25% off

Week of November 16th all items will be 40% off

Week of November 23rd all items we may be 50% off

Week of November 30th all items will be 75% off

Week of December 7th all remaining store owned items will be 80% off
