We log in our jewelry manually. It is tagged and put on the floor with a price and consignors number. Only once the item has sold will the consignor see it listed on their account.
When taking items we do our very best to inspect for stains, rips, chips, etc. but sometimes they get by us! When you see "damage" beside one of your items it means we have found a defect and aren't able to put the item on the floor.
**This only applies to consignors who have chosen to pick up their unsold items**
If we come across a defected item from a consignor who has chosen to donate their unsold items, the defected item is immediately deleted from our system and donated.
**We will contact consignor prior to donating if it is a high-end or designer item**
No, we do not send e-mail reminders to come pick-up your unsold items. Consignors are given a pick-up date at their appointment, it then becomes the consignors responsibility to remember the date to come pick up their unsold items. Items not picked up within 5 days of pick-up date will be donated.
